Mr. Mac Quang Huy has been CEO of MSI since January 2013. Mr. Huy is a financial expert with over 19 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, financial advisory and investment banking. Mr. Huy has 9 years of experience working at KPMG Vietnam and the UK (1996-2005) as Audit Director of banks and Senior Director in charge of Financial Advisory of KPMG Vietnam. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Huy held many senior positions at major investment banks in the world such as Lehman Brothers, Nomura in Japan and Australia. From 2010-2012, he was the Deputy General Director directly involved in the operation of Investment Banking and then in charge of Securities Services of Thang Long Securities JSC (TLS).
Mr. Huy holds an MBA from Herriot Watt School, UK (2006), a member of the UK Securities and Investments Association (MCSI). Mr. Huy is currently a member of the British Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and Vice Chairman of the ACCA Advisory Committee in Vietnam (term 2014-2015). Mr. Huy is the Author of the financial book “The Handbook of Investment Banking” and many articles and interviews are published in specialized financial newspapers and magazines.
